2. Tim Krul Vs Costa Rica – 2014
July 5, 2014 – FIFA World Cup Quarter-final (Netherlands vs Costa Rica)
In a bold tactical move, Netherlands manager Louis van Gaal subbed on Tim Krul for Jasper Cillessen in the 120th minute, just before the penalty shootout.
Krul then saved two penalties, helping the Netherlands win 4-3 on penalties after a 0-0 draw.
This was the first-ever instance of a goalkeeper being subbed on specifically for a shootout in World Cup history.
The Netherlands advanced to the semi-finals, where they later lost to Argentina on penalties.
3. Gini Wijnaldum Vs Barcelona, 2019

Liverpool were 3-0 down from the first leg but won 4-0 at Anfield.
Wijnaldum came off the bench at halftime and scored twice in two minutes (54′ & 56′).
Divock Origi sealed the comeback, sending Liverpool to the final, where they won the 2018-19 Champions League.

Lewandowski came on as a halftime substitute and scored five goals between the 51st and 60th minute.
